FOUNDER & Managing Director
Ben Song is the founder and visionary leader of SquareAlpha, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s long-term strategy with a focus on growth, innovation, and operational excellence. He emphasises a respectful, collaborative team culture and firmly believes that people perform their best work in an environment built on trust.

With nearly three decades of experience, Ben has navigated the ever-evolving technology landscape. His career began with the creation of a globally recognized technology news platform. In the late 1990s, he pioneered a major online live broadcast network. Before founding SquareAlpha, Ben held leadership positions at leading IT service providers, managing national operations teams and delivering innovative solutions globally.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Management and Information Systems, and numerous professional certifications including ITIL, Microsoft, VMware, and Apple. A passionate advocate for early-stage technology startups, Ben is often invited to speak on leadership, technology, and innovation.
